How does Zego know my Uber Eats Pro status?
We work closely with Uber Eats and have technology that shares data when you link your Uber account with Zego. Please see our terms and conditions for more information on this.
How do I know how much my 30-day or annual policy will be?
As long as you have successfully linked your Zego and Uber account, your current Uber Eats Pro discount will be applied automatically to all policy quotes that we create for you.
What if I’m interested in a Pay-as-you-go policy instead?
If you’re a new Zego customer, you can use your exclusive promo code ‘UEPRO’ and get £10 credit to use towards your pay-as-you-go policy. Your credit will be applied automatically to your account when you sign up.
Will my Uber Eats Pro discount be applied to my policy when it renews?
Discounts are only applied automatically for the first policy you purchase with us.
What happens if I move up in status and want to switch to a new policy?
If you wish to change your policy type, you will be able to access the discounts in the higher tier.
In case of an accident, how do I make a claim?
If you have the Zego app installed, you can make a claim directly through the app. Alternatively you can call the claims team on the phone number printed on your policy certificates.
