In case you wish to claim a refund or feel that your may have been wrongly charged:

2. Then kindly select "Get in Touch" followed by "Leave us a Message."
3. Enter your details
4. Click on the "Please Select a Reason" and select reason "Billing/ Payment Issue" from the dropdown options.
5. Select the type of issue under "Answer Billing Question"
6. Add any additional information in the text box. The more information you give us, the quicker we will be able to respond to your query.
7. If required, attach any files that may provide proof. This could be a screenshot of your driver log, shift start/ end time, charges, etc
8. Press "Send"
