What happens if the app isn’t working and I need the cover?

In the unlikely event that the app isn’t functioning, call us on 020 3308 9800 - we have the ability to manage this and will try to answer your call as soon as possible. Whilst we cannot complete a purchase of a policy during the signup process over the phone, we have a dedicated team on hand who can handle any other issues you might have.
