How do I change my policy details?

Your policy schedule and certificate illustrate all the details you gave us at the point that you signed up for the service, and incorrect details on your documents mean that the policy is no longer valid. If you change any details about your licence, standard insurance policy, address or circumstances, you must let us know. You can call Zego customer services free of charge and they will update them for you. Zego will not be held responsible if in the event of a claim, you have not updated your details and you are not covered- it is your responsibility to keep your records up to date.
