When is my card charged?

  • Zego's payment is taken through credit. Similar to a pay-as-you-go phone, you add credit to your Zego account via the App - you choose the amount you add. You can also set this up so that your Zego account is topped up automatically when your credit runs low, allowing a higher level of flexibility.
  • If your credit falls below -£15, our system will attempt to charge your card.
  • In instances where your card does not accept the charge, cardholders will be contacted by our agents to resolve the situation. In the case that we are working with your work platform, your work platform will be notified to alert them to the fact that you are not legally covered to be working at this time.
