How do I pay?

  • Similar to a pay-as-you-go phone, you top up your Zego balance once you have completed your sign up. The hours you work are then deducted from this balance and your account is automatically topped up when it goes below a certain amount.
  • In instances where your card does not accept the charge, cardholders will be contacted by our agents to resolve the situation. In the case that we are working with your work platform, your work platform will be notified to alert them to the fact that you are not legally covered to be working at this time.
