If you work with UberEATS or Deliveroo, the way in which we charge you has recently changed to become more accurate! The way this works is as follows:
For When you accept a delivery, a new session of insurance starts.
At the start of each session of insurance, one hour of insurance is purchased and put in place. This is the minimum amount you will be charged while working.
At the end of the hour, the Zego app will check if you are still working;
If no, Zego insurance will stop. Your current session of insurance will end and the Zego app will take the cost from your balance.
If yes, Zego insurance will continue, charging you per minute until you finish a delivery and more than 10 minutes passes before you pick up the next one.

When a new session of insurance starts you will always be charged a minimum of one hour.
