What if I have a complaint?

We take all feedback very seriously. In the case of a complaint you can contact our customer service department at support@zego.com. Alternatively you can contact the customer service team on 020 3308 9800 if you prefer to discuss your complaint.

If we cannot settle your complaint with us, you are entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service, Exchange Tower, London. E14 9SR (Telephone: 0800 023 4567).
